- Introduction Welcome to Validium (“Service”), a workflow automation platform developed and operated by Validium AG (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Validium utilizes pre-trained AI agents and workflows to help automate regulated and general business processes. By accessing or using Validium, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use Validium.
- Eligibility You may use Validium only if:
- You are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
By using Validium, you confirm and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
- Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws.
- Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
- Description of the Service 5.1. General Functionality Validium provides AI-driven workflows and agentic systems that automate user-defined or pre-configured processes. It is intended to increase operational efficiency but is not a substitute for expert advice.
5.2. AI Outputs The Service delivers outputs generated by large language models (LLMs). Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or current. Use of these results is at your own discretion.
5.3. Updates and Changes We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service without prior notice. We do not guarantee any particular feature will be available indefinitely.

- Ownership: Validium AG and its licensors retain all rights to the platform and its technology.
- User Content: You grant Validium AG a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and store submitted content for Service delivery.
- Trademarks: All related marks are property of Validium AG.
- Disclaimers
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.
- The Service does not provide legal, financial, or medical advice.
- Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our total liability will not exceed CHF 100 or the amount paid in the past 12 months, whichever is greater
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Validium AG and its affiliates from any claims related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of law or third-party rights
- Third-Party Services Validium may link to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their terms, functionality, or data handling.
- Term and Termination These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may terminate access for any reason, including violations. Upon termination, your access ends immediately.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland, unless local law requires otherwise.
- Changes to the Service We reserve the right to update or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
- General
- Severability: If any clause is invalid, the rest remain in effect.
- No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part does not waive our rights.
